In a sneak peek released last Monday of Wednesday night's episode, Devin has a conversation with Kiki outside the house about how "done" he is with her. Considering that these two have had a stormy connection for a while, having to see each other be with other people doesn't exactly help the moving on process. But unfortunately, there's no way out and Devin just can't take it anymore.
Kiki tells the guy that she tried talking to him a bunch of times the night before so they could get everything fixed. But Devin tells her he wanted nothing to do with her.

"You can't go from one f---ing side of the fence to the other side of the fence again and again," Devin says as Tyler walks out looking at him with disappointment.
Devin continues with his rant saying that the house "is f---ing bulls--t" and he's "f---ing done."
In fact, he hates the process so much that he throws his fist out and walks away.
It apparently turns out that Kiki ended up spending time with another guy- and it made Devin "lose his s--t."
