'Teen Mom 2' Season Seven: Kailyn Lowry Dishes On Filming, Leah Messer's Custody Battle [VIDEO]
Teen Mom 2 season seven is reportedly in the works.
While MTV has remained silent in regard to the reality series' renewal, one of the show's four stars, Kailyn Lowry, recently spoke out about her future plans for filming on season seven.
"My book party will be filmed and then hopefully some projects with interior design and some partnerships with that," Lowry told Wetpaint Entertainment, referring to her latest release, Love Is Bubblegum.
Although it is unclear when the series will begin filming, or if it already has, there's certainly a ton of drama going on in the life of Lowry's co-star, Leah Messer. Earlier this month, after nearly a year of rumors regarding her rumored drug use, which she denies, In Touch Weekly revealed Messer lost custody of her twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, to her ex-husband, Corey Simms.
During an interview with The Ashley's Reality Roundup, Lowry spoke of her co-star's custody battle.
"To be honest, I don't really know the details of what's happening with Leah's custody case, but I feel for her," she said. "I hope for the best for her and the kids, though."
In the past, Messer had been in charge of her daughters throughout the week, but due to her alleged inability to get them to kindergarten on time, Simms was granted the role of primary custodian, and took over her duties beginning on Oct. 13.
