After pleading no contest to a shoplifting charge from this past August, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star received her sentencing, which required Richards to steer clear of the popular retail outlet.
"Court records show Richards was sentenced Tuesday to serve three years on probation, attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and perform 300 hours of community labor," FOX News reported on Friday. "She was also ordered to stay away from the Target store in Van Nuys where she was arrested in August."

For Richards, 2015 has been filled with turmoil and legal issues, starting with her April arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Prior to her arrival to the hotel's Polo Lounge, the former reality star had endulged in a glass of vodka at her daughter's house, and once she arrived at the bar, she had a few more.
Later that night, after becoming a disruptance to her fellow patrons, and refusing to leave the premesis, police were called, and after a brief altercation, Richards was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication, resisting an officer, trespassing and battery on an officer.
Four months later, after a number of stints in rehab, Richards was arrested for a second time and charged with petty theft after reportedly attempting to shoplift over $600 worth of items from Target.
