Kate Middleton Baby Bump: Report Says The Duchess Is About To Have The Toughest Year Of Her Life [VIDEO]
Kate Middleton already has her hands full with two small children at home, but it looks like her life at home is about to get a whole lot more chaotic. There's a new report that says the Duchess is not only pregnant, but that she is also expecting twins.
She and Prince William are already parents to their son, 2-year-old Prince George and their daughter Princess Charlotte, who was born back in May.
What's more, royal insiders are saying that the Duchess was not only surprised that she got pregnant so quickly after giving birth to Princess Charlotte only a few short months ago, but that she was shocked to find out that she is carrying twins, too.

"To say she was shocked would be an understatement," a source told OK!. "She's suffering more from exhaustion than anything else."
If that weren't enough, the Duchess is reportedly already at a high risk for pregnancy complications as she isn't eating as much as she is supposed to in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight.
The insider dished, "She hasn't had much of an appetite, so she's hardly gained any weight. Kate is very good at putting on a brace face, but everyone just wants to make sure she's taking care of herself."
Even with all the help she gets with her royal nannies, Kate is supposedly not looking forward to even more sleepless nights with four children under the age of 4.
"Kate was a little discouraged. She wasn't sure if she would cope. She's still in the fog of having a newborn, and the thought of months and months of more sleepless nights with two babies caused her to panic," the souece said according to the report. As for the rest of the family, "They're all so excited at the prospect of twins."
