'General Hospital' Spoilers: Elizabeth Begins Feeling Guilt About Her Wedding [VIDEO]
She is finally getting everything she wanted, but Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will slowly start to feel even more guilt about keeping the truth about Jake's (Billy Miller) identity from him before they marry on General Hospital.
Since they began dating, Elizabeth has known that Jake is really Jason, but has sat back and continually convinced him not to look into his past and try to learn his identity in an effort to keep him for herself, since she knows if the truth comes out he will likely reunite with his real wife, Sam (Kelly Monaco).
However, now, after receiving a touching wedding gift from her grandmother, Elizabeth will begin to feel more pangs of guilt, and will consider confessing her huge secret to Patrick (Jason Thompson) a a result.

"I should be so happy," she says in a preview clip for the Friday, October 30 episode.
However, her secret could be even closer to being exposed when Jake is kidnapped-likely for his bachelor party.
Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) could kidnap Jake and try to celebrate one of his final nights of freedom with him-and they will plan to do so in great fashion.
"Tonight, we're going to drink. We're going to party!" Michael says in the clip as Carly takes shots.
However, while drinking, Carly could take a good hard look at Jake, the kind of look she has never given him before, and could finally realize the truth about him-that he is her old friend Jason back from the dead.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
