5 Seconds of Summer released their sophomore studio album Sounds Good Feels Good on Oct. 23 and it is still impacting the charts around the world.
Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford have been busy doing promo for their latest album, but they always have time to thank their incredible fans for allowing them to find so much success.
The Australian band actually is the first and only band, not a vocal group, to have its first two studio albums debut at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart as reported by Billboard.

Sunday night, Hemmings got reflective and gushed about how he is so proud of Sounds Good Feels Good. He further shared, "So thank you for picking it up !"

His drumming bandmate shared similar sentiments. "I'm proud of my brothers!" Irwin said of Hemmings, Hood and Clifford and the success they're amassing from the release of this studio album.

The other half of the band shared their thanks Monday morning.
"[Y]ou guys have shown next level dedication," Clifford gushed about the chart positions worldwide for Sounds Good Feels Good, adding, "I am going to sob deeply all day."

Hood felt similarly, even admitting he finds it hard to believe that the fans push them so high on the charts.
