On Sunday, the supermodel posted a new photo on Instagram where she sits in the grass with her two children, Benjamin, 5, and Vivian, 2, with their legs crossed. Bundchen has her palms placed together in a meditative pose as she sits in front of a colorful scenery with the sun going down.

In the caption, Bundchen wrote a number of hashtags saying she has "gratitude" for her family and for "mother earth."

Bundchen's two kids also seemed to have a nice Halloween based on the photo the model posted over the weekend. Benjamin dressed as the Incredible Hulk while Vivian went as Nemo from the popular Disney Pixar flick Finding Nemo.

Benjamin and Vivian's father is Bundchen's husband, Tom Brady, one of the players for the New England Patriots. In a previous snapshot, the athlete's wife cheers her husband on along with their son at a big game. The mom and son hold their arms out and show their support for Brady.
