In a sneak peek released in Monday's report from Entertainment Weekly, Elijah confronts Tristan during his meal. When Elijah has a seat with a heart in a jar, he makes it clear with the guy that he will not accept any threats against his family.
What makes this a lot creepier is how Elijah makes his point- it seems that the heart he set on the table belongs to Tristan's assistant. And Elijah can hear another heart "racing away" and it might just join that jar if he doesn't leave the Mikaelson family alone.

However this goes, fans can expect a Thanksgiving episode that will air later this month. According to Carter Matt, Klaus and Elijah are going to invite Tristan, Aurora and Lucien over for the holiday so they can try to work out a truce. But when Hayley and Freya get involved, it leads into a nasty bicker with Aurora, giving implications on just how thankful everyone will feel on turkey day.
Marcel and Vincent are also going to go out of their way to protect Davina when she gets into more trouble. Cami is then going to be up against something that might be way out of her league.
The Originals airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
