The Young and the Restless made it seem like Adam (Justin Hartley) is a bit of a hero since he managed to rescue Abby (Melissa Ordway), Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Ben "Stitch" (Sean Carrigan) from the inflamed Newman Towers.

If Adam never persuaded Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to let him get out of the hospital to get to the burning building, Abby, Ashley and Ben would probably be dead right now.

Despite his efforts to do something good, it seems like he is still seen as nothing more than a criminal since Christine (Lauralee Bell) intends on using his escape from the hospital against him for more charges.

In the sneak peek below, Christine will let Adam know that what he did was not acceptable as he stands with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Victor (Eric Braeden) and the others that made it out of the fire.

"Adam Newman you are now facing additional charges for your escape from custody," Christine tells him as the others watch on in the clip.

According to Soaps, Chelsea and others will go to bat for Adam in regard to the "additional charges" he has been handed.

Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) will be bothered by how he and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) left Patty (Stacy Haiduk) to burn in the building.

"Patty seemed lucid when she told us she came to warn Dylan [Steve Burton] about something," Jack insists to Phyllis in the sneak peek.

Aside from that, Paul (Doug Davidson) will go to Fairview and give Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) a piece of his mind since Patty got out.

"You find a good attorney because you're going to need one," Paul warns the doctor in the sneak peek.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
