In a Q&A portion to open the Into Film Festival, Emma Watson interviewed Malala following the premiere of He Named Me Malala - a documentary that delve into the details of the Taliban attack against the 14-year old humanitarian.

According to a report by Time, Ms. Yousafzai also address answered the question as to whether she identifies herself as a feminist. "This word, feminism, it has been a very tricky word and when I heard it the first time, I heard some negative responses and some positive ones," Ms Yousafzai said. "I hesitated in saying am I a feminist or not and then after hearing your speech, when you said 'if not now, when? If not me, who?' I decided that there's no way and there's nothing wrong by calling yourself a feminist, and I am a feminist."
