Scott Disick News: Reality Star 'Doing Really Well' Since Entering Rehab, Source Says [VIDEO]
Three weeks ago, the reality star entered into rehab in the hopes of treating his struggles on drugs and alcohol and since then he tried to change his life for the sake of his family.
Meanwhile, a source tells E! News, after weeks of spending inside the facility Kourtney Kardashian's ex is pretty doing well. "Scott's doing really well. He sounds happy, clean and clearheaded," the source reveals.
"I think he took it really seriously this time. He took a real break from work and partying to focus on himself," the insider adds. "He hasn't sounded this good in ages. He says he's feeling great."

According to E! news, the 32 year-old reality star's decision to enter rehab is that he wanted to focus on getting better so he could be the best father to his 3 children Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son 10 months, Reign. E source added that Disick was dedicated in getting help and taking task seriously.
Kourtney and Scott have been dating since 2006. In 2010, during the filming of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, the longtime loves temporarily split when Kourtney believed Scott had an alcohol problem. He temporarily gave up drinking and attended counseling with Kourtney. Later that year, the couple reconciled their relationship.

This will mark for the fourth attempt at rehab of the reality star. He previously sought help from a Costa Rican facility but checked out shortly after. The account of his struggles surfaced on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons where he was seen partying hard that he ended up in rehab at Connecticut facility. But then again, was released early.
Scott and Kourtney called it quits after 9 years of living together and had 3 children.
A source on E! News says that, "Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," says a source. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."
In addition, close family and friends take time to continue encouraging Disick to seek treatment, but it wasn't until Odom's health crisis flourished that he decided to take it seriously.
