According to a new report, Griffith called both CPS and the cops after his ex-fiance, Evans, traveled to St. Thomas with her new boyfriend, David Eason.

"Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle," a source close to Evans told Radar Online on Saturday. However, "they checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine."

While Evans remains on vacation with Eason, whom she began dating in September, her son with Griffith, one-year-old Kaiser, has been staying with her friend, Tori Rhyne. And when cops arrived to check on Kaiser, Rhyne informed them that Griffith doesn't have custody.

"They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!'" the source said. "They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left... Jenelle didn't speak to the cops, she just spoke to CPS. CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine."

Prior to Griffith calling CPS on Evans, he was reportedly involved in a similar situation with their son, when he took Kaiser to Boston last weekend without telling Evans.

"Since the Boston trip, Jenelle told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation," the source said.
