Apply the batter to the bottom of the pan and pack it down gently using a spatula. Next, whisk the whipping cream in a mixing bowl for 3-5 minutes, then let it rest in a cool place. Put the cream cheese in another mixing bowl add in the vanilla extract and confectioners sugar and mix them until creamy. Add the cooled whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat it together. Break up two oreo cookies into tiny bits and fold them into the mixture then add the cream cheese mixture into the spring form pan, then smooth it out with a spatula and top it with bits of oreo cookies. Lastly, place it in the fridge for about 5-6 hours until it has an ice cream-like consistency.
