He was actively searching for the truth about his identity for more than a year, and now, Jake Doe (Billy Miller) knows the truth that he is Jason Morgan on General Hospital.
Jake And Elizabeth's Wedding Day Has An Unexpected Interruption
The truth finally came out after Spinelli's facial recognition program proved the two men were the same person, and Carly (Laura Wright) ran a secret DNA test to confirm it. Now, the two have finally arrived at the church for Jake's wedding to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst)-but the nuptials will be put on hold after Jake reveals he now knows who he is-and that he is technically still married to Sam (Kelly Monaco).
"I think that I discovered who I am," he says in a preview clip for the Monday, Nov, 9 episode.

And while the truth of his identity will shock most of the people attending the wedding-including Sam, others, like the bride, won't be so surprised, because they've known the truth for a long time and kept it hidden from everyone.
Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) has known the truth for months, but kept it a secret from mostly everyone because of his attempt to take over ELQ, which was successful. However, Jake being revealed as Jason would have upset his efforts to control the Quartermaine family company because Jason being alive makes him an heir.
Elizabeth learned the truth from Nikolas at the Nurses' Ball, and has been keeping it a secret so she could get what she always wanted, which was Jason for herself. However, now, with the secret finally out, her perfectly laid plans will all come to a halt.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
