She was initially feeling secure that no one would ever learn the truth about who actually fathered her baby, but now, Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) will begin freaking out after her cousin Liam (Scott Clifton) figures out that something doesn't add up on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam Learns The Truth About Caroline's Pregnancy

He learned that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) had a vasectomy while he was in Paris after cleaning up Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) computer and realizing she had been researching the procedures. He then went to his cousin and congratulated her on her baby being even more of a miracle than he realized after Brooke played things off with Ridge's claim he had the procedure reversed. And now, Caroline's reaction to his knowing is making him suspicious-and she will freak out to Ridge because he told Brooke the truth in the first place.

"Brooke had to have told him because how else would he have found out?" she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Nov. 11 episode. "What are we going to do?"

Wyatt and Liam Form An Alliance Against Thomas

Naturally Ridge will try to soothe his pregnant wife and calm her down, because her state could hurt the baby. And while she will calm down a little bit, Caroline will still express her fears that the truth is going to get out and everyone will learn the baby doesn't actually belong to Ridge-and is Thomas' (Pierson Fode) child.

"Everything feels like it's a bad sign right now. Seeing Thomas at the sonogram, and now Liam finding out about the procedure? And I'm just feeling really vulnerable and really scared," she says.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
