Gaga is nominated for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress at the People's Choice Awards for her performance in AHS: Hotel. She is nominated against Caitriona Balfe of Starz's Outlander, Emilia Clarke of HBO's Game of Thrones, Ginnifer Goodwin of ABC's Once Upon a Time and Jennifer Morrison of Once Upon a Time.
The pop superstar is clearly the most well known person in this category, though she still has the potential to lose. Clarke, Goodwin and Morrison have been well established on their shows for five seasons now, while Balfe is well regarded for her performance in Outlander.

Little Monsters will certainly try to propel Gaga to a People's Choice victory, though she has never won at the ceremony in the past. She was nominated in 2014 for Favorite Music Fan Following and received five nominations back in 2011.
The People's Choice Awards air live on Jan. 6 at 9/8c on CBS. The ceremony will be hosted by Jane Lynch.
Gaga also has the potential to be nominated for an Emmy next year. American Horror Story has traditionally done very well at the Emmys since its inception in 2011, winning acting trophies for Jessica Lange (two times), Kathy Bates and James Cromwell. Will Gaga follow in their footsteps? Only time will tell.
