Kyle Richards' co-stars aren't convinced Yolanda Foster's Lyme disease is as bad as she leads on.

Guess Which Former 'RHOBH' Star Is Returning To The Show For Season Six?

Just one day after Foster told E! News that she spends the majority of her time in bed, her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star confirmed there's been suspicion regarding her illness within the cast.

"I think for a lot of people it's very confusing," Richards told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday. "A lot of the things she's gone through and the treatments she's done, for some of the cast members they were questioning exactly what she was doing and exactly how sick she was. It was not a good situation."

Although Richards didn't reveal specifics regarding why Foster's diagnosis had been pulled into question, fans will soon see for themselves, as the season six premiere is just weeks away.

"Some things came up made some of the Housewives question exactly what was really going on," Richards teased.

Earlier this week, while on the red carpet at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Foster offered an update on her Lyme disease.

"I'm getting better," Foster told E! News on Wednesday. "I'm probably about 60 percent but still spending most of my days in bed and resting, and trying to find the magic trick."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six premieres on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
