‘NCIS’ Season 13 News: Why Will Gibbs Tell Bishop’s Husband Jake ‘You Should Leave’ From Their Office? [VIDEO]
NCIS will continue its 13th season with intense storylines as the next episode will feature more marital problems between Eleanor "Ellie" Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and her husband NSA Attorney Jake Malloy (Jamie Bamber) as well as the NCIS team conducting an investigation on a very big murder case.
What Is 'The Abby Effect' That 'NCIS' Star Pauley Perrette Is Involved With?
In the episode "Day in Court," a petty officer will volunteer to be court martialed if the NCIS team agrees to conduct its own investigation after his murder case is dismissed due to a mishandled warrant as noted in the press release.
The petty officer in question wants to clear his name, but there may be more to the case as seen in the preview video below.
'The Bionic Woman' Star Will Portray Bishop's Mom On 'NCIS'
The petty officer is Navy Petty Officer Third Class Kyle Friedgen (Kelly Blatz) and in the preview he declares, "I want NCIS to arrest me for murder."
A stunned Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) questions the petty officer's wishes at NCIS HQ as he questioning states, "He wants us to arrest him?"
While the petty officer is in an interrorgation room, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) will get pretty intense declaring to him, "I do not like being lied to!"
The big case aside, Bishop will have to face her marital problems head on.
Abby (Pauley Perrette) is seen telling Bishop in her lab, "Are we just going to ignore what's going on here?"
Then by the team's desks Gibbs will ask Bishop if she's okay and she flat out says "No," which then leads to Gibbs telling her husband, "You should leave."
It seems like Gibbs is looking out for his team member during this unraveling tough time.
NCIS airs on Tuesdays on CBS at 8 p.m. ET.
