Paris ISIS Attacks: Donald Trump Rips President Obama Apart In Twitter Rant After He Said ISIS Is 'Shrinking' [VIDEO]
Donald Trump is raging mad and this time it has nothing to do with illegal immigrants in the United States. Instead, the Republican Presidential hopeful is slamming President Obama for the ISIS terrorist attack in Paris, criticizing the President for saying that ISIS is "shrinking" only moments before the horrific terrorist attack.

In a series of Tweets, Trump said, "They laughed at me when I said to bomb the ISIS controlled oil fields. Now they are not laughing and doing what I said. #Trump2016. President Obama said "ISIL continues to shrink" in an interview just hours before the horrible attack in Paris. He is just so bad! CHANGE."
Trump then added, "We need much tougher, much smarter leadership - and we need it NOW!"

According CNN, French President Francois Hollande is calling the attacks an "act of war" as 128 people have been killed in a series of suicide bombings and shootings that rattled the French capital on Friday night. What's more, 180 people are in numerous hospitals across Paris, with half of them reported to be in critical condition. The Targets included a soccer stadium, a concert hall, a restaurant and a bar.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the worst violence witnessed in France since World War II. The assailants targeted six sites, the deadliest being a massacre at a concert hall where at least 80 people were killed.
In addition, a Syrian passport was found near the body of an attacker outside one of the targeted sites.
