Despite claims made by Dean McDermott's ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace that the actor is thousands of dollars behind in his child support payments, their teenager son Jack has been spending a lot of time with Tori and her small children.

The reality television star shared a photo of Tori enjoying a little quality time with her stepson at Universal Studios this past week. According to Entertainment Tonight back in August, Mary Jo lashed out on her ex-husband, who left her to marry Spelling back in 2006. She says that the Canadian actor owes five months' worth of child support payments in a new lawsuit.

The former actress said, "I can't imagine not paying your child support. It's a legal obligation. I can't imagine not paying that and letting that lapse and that's why I had to get an advocate to see what we can do about that situation. It doesn't make any logical sense to me either - why that would happen."

So far, Tori and Dean have not made any comments about Mary Jo's accusations.
