Vincent Margera's sister-in-law gave more details on his death, something he may have already predicted.

On Tuesday, Web Pro News posted details from April Margera who announced that 'Don Vito' died from liver and kidney problems.

"He struggled with kidney and liver issues for a while, and he put up a good fight," April said in a statement. "But he died this morning at 6:45am at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania."

While this might come as a shock for some, this apparently wasn't a surprise from Vincent, himself. According to April, he knew he didn't have much time left.

"He said to me last week that he wanted everyone to know it was a good ride," she said.

"He enjoyed himself and wanted to thank all the fans," she added. "He went through a lot especially with the Denver stuff. He wanted everyone to know that he never did that."

This is referring to an incident in 2006 during an autograph session when Margera was convicted of sexually assaulting two girls. It was claimed that he grabbed parts of the girls' bodies during the signing where he was sentenced to 10 years to life on parole. The girls were 12 and 14 at the time of the signing.

Margera's attorney said that he had "virtually no memory of it."

Vincent died last Sunday. His nephew is Jackass star Bam Margera.
