Devon (Bryton James) may technically have Hilary (Mishael Morgan) back in his life on The Young and the Restless, but she's only there physically. She still cannot recall her romantic relationship with him and only has eyes for Neil (Kristoff St. John). It's not only hurting Devon, but Gwen as well (Nadine Nicole).

Hilary's situation is about to worsen, though - and in a big way!

In the episode of the CBS soap airing today, Nov. 18, Hilary will undergo some questioning from Dylan (Steve Burton). Soaps reports that he's out to find Dr. Simon Neville (Michael E. Knight), especially considering that all evidence points to him in regards to the drug cocktail Hilary had consumed while she was missing.

Dylan's questioning will prove to be too much for Hilary, causing her to pass out, as seen in the sneak peek below.

"What happened to her?" Devon shouts at Dylan while examining his wife, who is out cold on a couch.

"I told you, didn't I? I told you not to push too hard!" Neil shouts at Dylan.

Meanwhile, Adam (Justin Hartley) will get an unexpected visit from Topher (Brian Dare), the Paragon Project hacker, in his hospital room.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Adam asks Topher, dressed like a medical staffer in the hospital in scrubs.

Topher shushes Adam in the sneak peek above, adding, "I had to see you. We have a problem. A big one."

Then Ashley (Eileen Davidson) rushes to tell Jack (Peter Bergman) and Victor (Eric Braeden) that the virus is back, with Billy (Burgess Jenkins) hot on her heels.

"Paragon's back!" she declares.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
