Just when things couldn't get any worse for Josh Duggar, it just did. There's a new report that says the scandal-ridden reality television star is being sued by an Adult Film actress for alleged assault and battery.

According to Us Weekly on Wednesday, Duggar, who is currently in rehab for his sex and porn addictions, is being sued by Danica Dillon for $500,000. She alleges that Duggar slept with her twice this year in what she called a "violent" attack even though the sex was consensual.

Court documents say that Dillon claims Duggar "assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries." She also added that they first met back in March at a Philadelphia strip club where he paid her $600 for lap dances. He then supposedly invited her back to his hotel room, where she agreed to have sex for $1,500.

Dillon said that things got so bad that at one point she felt as if she was being raped by the former TLC star.

To make matters worse, Dillon is citing emotional and physical suffering and is being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.

So far, the Duggar family has not made any comments about the report.

This past summer, Duggar admitted to not only cheating on his wife with a paid Ashley Madison account but for also sexually assaulting four of his sisters when he was a teenager back in 2002 and 2003.

As a result, his family's reality show, 19 Kids & Counting, was axed by TLC.
