'Banshee' Season 4 Spoilers: Leading Women Dish On Their 'Awesome' Roles, Sex Scenes & Gratitude For Series [VIDEO]
Two of Banshee's strongest ladies dished on how proud they are to be part of such an action-packed series.
'Banshee' Gets Premiere Date For Final Year
On Wednesday, Comic Book Resources shared an interview with Ivana Milicevic (Carrie) and Eliza Dushku (new character Veronica) who gushed over their parts on the Cinemax drama. Milicevic mentioned that she's "grateful" for her role since she gets to play someone who's more than just a pretty face.
"This time I got to play a mother with all this depth and even like the sex scenes were kind of interesting because I'd never done that, and then the fight scenes and the things I had to fight for," the actress said. "The whole thing, it isn't even what do I love about the evolution of the character, I just hope that I get to play something like that again."

Dushku then dished on what it was like when she was offered the chance to make an appearance on the series.
"I was about to head back to summer school in Boston and I got a call- I'm just a lucky woman who got a call from [co-creator] Jonathan Tropper and he said he had this awesome role in this awesome show and that was really how it happened," she said. "I was sort of taking a break from acting for a bit and I'm back in school in Boston and, yeah, I'm just a girl who couldn't say no to this one."
Banshee is expected to return on Friday, January 29 on Cinemax.
