In the latest report regarding the Teen Mom 2 star's custody scandal, friends of Messer claim she's certain that Simms and his wife, Miranda, convinced their 5-year-old twins' teachers to mark the girls tardy or absent -- even when they weren't.
“Leah knows that Corey and Miranda are close with the girls’ teachers, and thinks they used those friendships to their advantage,” a family insider told Radar Online on Monday. “She believes the teachers actually faked records.”

Simms “was awarded primary custody, effective immediately” on Oct. 13, a family insider revealed to In Touch Weekly in October. “Leah only gets the girls on the weekends now."
The insider alleged Messer had failed to improve on her parental responsibilities in the months since Simms initially filed for full custody.
“Leah’s really been screwing up since then, so Corey took her back to court," the source explained. "The judge looked at the girls’ school records, which show that they’ve been late for school, and made the change in custody.”
Also in Radar Online report, the source alleged there were rumors around town that Simms had once dated one of the teachers working at the twins' West Virginia elementary school.
