"[Rogers] was indicted by a grand jury in September on the heroin charge, which was filed in June, according to court records," the site continued, adding, "N.C. Department of Correction records show Rogers has a lengthy criminal history, having last served time in 2014 for an assault on Evans."

Rogers is currently being held on $135,500 bail.

As Evans' ex-husband remains behind bars at the Brunswick County jail, she and her new boyfriend, David Eason, are in New York City, where they were recently spotted by photographers.

Prior to their NYC outing, Evans and Eason vacationed in St. Thomas, where Evans had previously become engaged to ex-fiance Nathan Griffith.
