He seemed to have a great time up on stage and afterwards dished it was indeed a good time, calling it "a blast!"

He did not just impress the live audience or his coach, though, but also Thompson Square themselves. The country duo, made up of husband and wife Keifer and Shawna Thompson, tweeted The Voice contestant to let him know he got their votes for the night.
"I guess y'all know who's getting our votes," the couple dished.

"Nice song choice!" they beamed, while adding praise for Shelton's young male country star by mentioning, "You sound great!"
