She has no idea whether her current boyfriend or the man she was never really able to fully distance herself from is the father of her baby, and now, knowing that Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is still very much alive isn't making things any easier for Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) on General Hospital.

Because she's torn on whether she should run off with Carlos and enjoy the life together--with the baby that is possibly his--they never really got a chance to have, or the safe and stable life she can have with new love Michael (Chad Duell), Sabrina has not revealed to anyone except Felix (Marc Samuel) that she doesn't know who fathered her child. And now, as she prepares for an ultrasound appointment with Michael by her side, she may be driven to drastic measures to ensure that he doesn't start getting suspicious about anything related to the pregnancy--and could enlist Felix's help to do it.

However, the ultrasound could prove to be more shocking for her anyway--and there could be something completely unexpected awaiting Sabrina and Michael both when they see what is really happening.

Sabrina has also been nervous and hesitant about the pregnancy because her last one ended horribly, with her son with Patrick (Jason Thompson) being born prematurely and eventually dying. Now, she's even more cautious because she's afraid of what could happen no matter how her pregnancy turns out--or who her baby's father really is.
