Josh Altman's fiance, Heather Bilyeu, revealed she was "late" on last night's new episode of Million Dollar Listing: LA, but is she really pregnant?

At the end of last night's show, Altman was seen following Bilyeu to the bathroom, where she informed him of her possible pregnancy. However, while the answer won't officially be revealed until next week's finale, the couple's social media feeds seem to confirm Bilyeu is not expecting a child.
Just one week ago, Altman shared a new photo of his soon-to-be-wife and a few of their friends, and in the photo, Bilyeu is seen showing off a very flat tummy.

In the caption of his photo, Altman told fans, "@heatherbilyeu and the boys. She's definitely the toughest out of all of us. @theoja007 @francesco769 #billyjames @bravotv #mdlla #itsyourmove."
Meanwhile, on Bilyeu's Instagram, she has revealed to fans that she and Altman are currently in Miami for Art Basel.
"Blurry nights #Miami #artbasel #basel," she wrote in the caption of a photo, which was shared around 2 a.m. this morning.
