Hospital Says 'RHOC' Star Brooks Ayers Was Lying About Getting Cancer Treatments There
Earlier this week, a screenshot of a shocking tweet, believed to have been sent by Gunvalson, star of The Real Housewives of Orange County, began circulating.
"I knew the entire time. I have decided to get therapy. It's been a rough year," the tweet read, according to a report by AllAboutTRH on Friday.

The tweet was said to have been posted by the reality star on Wednesday, months after rumors began circulating, which alleged her former boyfriend, Ayers, was faking a stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis, which he denies.
On Thursday, Gunvalson's publicist, Clay Edwards, released a statement to Real Mr. Housewife, claiming the tweet allegedly sent from Gunvalson's account wasn't written by her.
The statement explained, "A screenshot of a fictitious Twitter update was shared last night claiming to be from Vicki Gunvalson’s verified Twitter account. Fortunately, we are aware of its original source and can assure you that it was not posted by Vicki or anyone on her team. Vicki would like to again take the time to thank those that have stood beside her throughout the entire ordeal.”
Gunvalson and Ayers broke up in August after dating on-and-off for four years. However, at the time, Gunvalson said nothing about her former partner's alleged cancer lies. Instead, in a statement on Facebook, she claimed to wish him well.
