In with the old and out with the new—assistants that is. According to TMZ, LiLo is starting off 2012 by untangling the mess of legal issues in her life and hiring a new woman, Alexandra to organize it all.

Lindsay recently parted ways with long time assistant Eleanor, who left because she couldn’t keep up with her client’s crazy life.

Lohan’s new ‘right hand man’ made her first public appearance at the starlet’s probation hearing last week, and sources tell TMZ she feels confident she can keep up with Lohan’s hectic schedule.

Let’s hope the world doesn’t end before Lindsay gets a chance to clean up her act.
