The Genoa City residents are never at any sort of peace with each other, which means the holidays will not exactly be filled with cheer. This is despite The Young and the Restless Twitter gleefully stating, "Happy Holidays!" upon sharing a teaser video of the upcoming chaos during such a giving time of the year.

In the teaser video, which is called "Holiday Cheer," for this upcoming week's episodes Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is seen singing "Silent Night" to her newborn baby brother along with Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan (Steve Burton) beside her.
How Did 'The Young and the Restless' Star Daniel Goddard's Second Elbow Surgery Go?
It looks like the holidays might be nice for some at least for a little bit, but that will quickly change as Jack (Peter Bergman) is seen essentially threatening Victor (Eric Braeden).
"You want a war?" Jack barks, adding, "You just got one!"
Victor of course seems undisturbed as he smirks and laughs a little.
Jack is even seen in another scene talking to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) about what she and Billy (Burgess Jenkins) did to Victor's company.
"Billy and I mutilated Newman Enterprises and what's more, we enjoyed it!" she declares as she circles Jack.
Then of course Jack is seen getting rough with Billy. The Abbotts and Newmans may feud frequently, but feuding happens within each family all the time too.
Plus, the holiday season will bring about more romance drama to Genoa City.
"You fell in love with him, didn't you?" Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) asks Sage (Kelly Sullivan) as Adam (Justin Hartley) chimes in, "You fell in love with me?"
The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
