Jen Selter Delivers Sad News In Tight Yoga Pants

On Friday, the Instagram fitness model added a new picture to her page where she stands on a balcony in a white top and blue sweatpants. As she poses to the side and looks out the window, it appears to be a day worth dressing comfortably.

In the caption, Selter wrote that she had a photoshoot, but it got canceled due to rain. So instead, she's drinking a beverage and wearing sweats.

The model is close to eight million followers on Instagram. Over Thanksgiving, Selter gave a long description on how she wants to show "less glamorous" features of herself and more of her struggle and hard work to get to where she is.

Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays. During this time, I try to reflect back on the year behind me and plan for the year ahead. This Thanksgiving, I thought I would share some of my thoughts with you all as well since so much of what I'm grateful for is thanks to you. Looking back, I have realized that even though you've been such a big part of my journey, much of what I've shared has been just two-dimensional snapshots from my life - which don't really paint a complete picture. In looking to the future, I want to do a better job sharing the less glamorous parts of days. Not just glamorous pictures of the destination, but the sweat and tears that make up the journey too. I have a lot of great things in the works - including a new blog soon where I can share a lot more advice and thoughts on a variety of different topics. Please stay tuned!
