As it appears on the video, she's concerned for her grandson whom she recently found out has been drinking Smirnoff Ice. She was outraged to spot grandson Anthony drinking a can of the alcopop.
Not familiar with the drink, she immediately thinks that the beverage is bad, since she believed it contained the highly addictive crystal meth because of its street name "Ice," basing on what she saw on the TV news.
The "ice" became well-known when it appeared on the hit series "Breaking Bad," where it was used to make money.
Nonna Paola strongly gives her advice to her grandsons not to take drugs and rants about the dangers of "ice."
