The Voice made a huge cut Tuesday night during its ninth season, in which five of the nine remaining contestants got eliminated!
Team Adam had been standing strong, but now only Jordan Smith has advanced along with Team Blake's Barrett Baber and Emily Ann Roberts as well as Team Gwen's Jeffery Austin.
With that being said, Team Adam's Shelby Brown and Amy Vachal are officially out of the competition, along with Team Pharrell's Madi Davis, Team Gwen's Braiden Sunshine and Team Blake's Zach Seabaugh.

While it was a tough and emotional night, it seems like Brown, Vachal, Davis, Sunshine and Seabaugh all feel good about how they left the competition. Seabaugh and Davis actually made it into the final battle of the season for the last Instant Save, but came up short against Austin.
Seabaugh gave his all during his last performance on The Voice stage.
Davis did too and even wound up teary-eyed!
They and their fellow eliminated peers have big plans for the future now that this particular journey has ended.
"What an unforgettable experience," Seabaugh dished on Twitter, noting his journey is really only just beginning.
