Amanda Bynes moved out of her New York City apartment after she was served with an eviction notice from her landlord for being "disrespectful" and a "rule-breaker."

According to TMZ.com, Bynes got a letter from the building management earlier in February explaining that her lease would be terminated because they received complaints of marijuana smoke coming from her apartment at all times during the day.

Bynes reportedly moved out Friday and relocated, TMZ reported. Media reported that trucks were parked outside her home and people were spotted loading boxes in it.

This is not the first time that the 26-year-old actress is in the media spotlight. In November, she threatened to sue In Touch magazine for publishing a story claiming that she was walking totally naked inside a tanning salon in New York City.

Last spring she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and was charged for colliding with a police car after her 26th birthday party.

The former Nickelodeon actress was also linked to two hit-and-run incidents in April and August.

During her first alleged hit-and-run incident in April, she was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. However, she claimed she was not drunk and that she does not drink.

"I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive," she said. "It is all false."Bynes has admitted that she is done with her acting career, saying that she is planning on starting a fashion line.

The last film she starred in was 2010's "Easy A," which also starred Emma Stone and Penn Badgley.
