It's been awhile since we heard speculation that reality TV dad Todd Chrisley is gay, but now the rumor is beginning to make its rounds again as fans speculate on whether they believe it is true.

One follower recently got into a social media spat with Chrisley about it.

Chrisley wrote, “Free at last free at last, Thank God almighty I am free at last. Sometimes letting go feels so much better than holding on.”

Well the fan asked Chrisley if that was his official tweet to “come out” as homosexual and Chrisley fired back.

“Cool your panties and don’t get so excited..I’m gonna teach you how to ask someone out if I ever meet you.”

The fan tried to use Chrisley’s response as proof that he is gay but then asked, “is this your way of asking me out?”

As for other fans, they also speculate that Chrisley is attracted to men.

One asked if Todd was aware of the news while another said they are “convinced” that he is gay.

Another questioned why is “pretending to be a family man” knowing that he is homosexual while another wrote, “I’ve always wondered, is Todd Chrisley gay? He’s gotta be, lol.”


One tweeted, “If Todd Chrisley isn’t gay then the cookie monster isn’t blue and doesn’t eat cookies”

But not all fans are set on the idea of Chrisley, who is married to his wife Julie Chrisley and has five children, is gay. One fan tweeted that while they think he’s “feminine,” they don’t believe he gay.
