For those that have been keeping up, we've got some good news about Lamar Odom. There's a new report that says the former NBA star is making steady improvement as he continues to regain his health back after nearly overdosing at a Nevada brothel back in October.

In fact, sources say that he's even walking and talking on his own again which has fans wondering, is Khloe Kardashian's husband ready to tell his side of the story? Fans will only have to wait and see at this point.

According to Life & Style Weekly on Friday, Odom has been hospitalized for nearly two months after a three-day drug binge nearly took his life away. His hospitalization has been making constant headlines, mostly because of his wife Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian family, who have been making it an effort to be seen by the paparazzi while visiting Odom at the hospital.

"He actually gets a little better every day," a source revealed. "He talks a bit more each day and walks with a walker, but still has trouble processing his thoughts. It's very slow but little by little."

What's more, Odom's brother-in-law Kanye West has even stopped by to play his new album for him.

"Kanye came by Lamar's room when he was at Cedars to play him a new song," the source added. "Khloe brought him down to visit, and Kanye was nice."
