Frank Ocean may have dropped all legal charges against Chris Brown from their fighting brawl, but that hasn't stopped his producer from telling his side of the story, saying Brown attempted to "beat the living sh**" out of Ocean.

According to TMZ, Michael Uzowuru, who produces songs with Ocean and Odd Future, said he was there during the night of the alleged fight between Brown and Ocean outside a West Hollywood, Calif., recording studio. Brown beat up Ocean over a parking spot at the studio on Jan. 27, The Associated Press reported.

Uzowuru confirmed the fight was indeed over a parking spot. He claimed he, Frank and a guy named Chito arrived at Westlake Studios that night to record songs, when they noticed an orange Lambo parked in a spot labeled "Frank."

He proceeded to tell the front desk to move the car. Brown then came out 10 minutes later to speak to Ocean, accompanied by a "big dude" and a "skinnier" dude. Ocean said, "You parked in my spot, move."

Things then started to get heated.

Brown and the "big" guy punched Chito for no reason, Uzowuru claimed. While the "big" guy continued to fight Chito, Brown and a member of his posse tackled Ocean.

Uzowuru said Brown's friend pinned Ocean up against the wall, while Brown was trying to beat the living "s*** out of (him)." He said Ocean managed to fight back.

"I don't know what type of demons Chris is facing, but I hope he clears them, all and finds a new life rooted in love and light," Uzowuru said.

Ocean said on Feb. 2 that he will not proceed with pressing charges against Brown following their physical altercation. On his Tumblr account he wrote the following:

"As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and a modern person. I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."
