Inspiring Videos: A Hard Working Homeless Employee Was Given The Surprise Of A Lifetime By Her 'Undercover' Boss
Angela, a Modell's Sporting Goods employee, lost her job and became homeless when she was 25 years old. She and her three children were living in a homeless shelter and had been for the past two years. Luckily, she then got a job in retail working for Modell's Sporting Goods.
Mitchell Modell, company's CEO, pretended to be a new employee as part of the CBS show "Undercover Boss." Angela walk him through the store, explained customer service, how to work the floor, and all other aspects of the job to Joey. He was blown away by Angela's customer service, her drive and her optimism.
"Things get better, as long as you have that drive in there. As long as you push, and push, things are gonna better. You're gonna be fine," Angel said to Joey through tears.
While listening to Angela's story, Modell shred into tears and learned that Angela is an impeccable employee who has struggled for most of her life.
