A federal judge has ruled that a man, who claims that John Travolta sexually assaulted him, can take the "Pulp Fiction" actor to court. Fabian Zanzi was granted a motion to take Travolta, 58, to court for his lawsuit.

Zanzi claims that Travolta harassed him on a cruise ship in 2009 when he was working for the Royal Caribbean cruise company, where he was in charge of hosting VIP guests at the time.

Zanzi reportedly gave details of the assault to South American news website ABC.es: "He (Travolta) had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage."

California federal judge Stephen Wilson also ruled against Travolta's legal team's request to have the case go to arbitration. Arbitration would prevent the hearing from taking place in an open court thus providing secrecy that a celebrity needs, according to Radar Online. Travolta's legal team argued that the ticket Travolta purchased from Royal Caribbean has a "Cruise Tour Ticket Contract" and that it clearly stated that any dispute between a passenger and a cruise line employee must go to arbitration.

Judge Wilson, however, denied that request in his 31-page ruling.

This is the fourth lawsuit Travolta faced in 2012, according to Yahoo. Two masseurs and a cruise worker sued the actor and accused him of improper sexual behavior, but the claims were later dropped. One of them, Fabian Zanzi, said in his filed court documents that Travolta offered him $12,000 to keep quiet after Zanzi deflected Travolta's advances and the actor "forced his naked person" against Zanzi, causing him to "experience pain, shock, embarrassment, distress and fear," the lawsuit stated.

A former pilot of John Travolta's filed a lawsuit against the actor following an interview in which he said he allegedly engaged in a gay and "steamy affair" with the "Face/Off" star, according to TMZ.

Doug Gotterba, who said he served as Travolta's pilot from 1981 to 1987, did an interview with The National Inquirer and said he was engaged in a secret relationship with the 58-year-old actor. Soon after details of the interview were published, Gotterba, 62, said he received a letter from Travolta's attorney threatening to sue him for violating a confidentiality agreement he signed when he stopped his employment with Travolta.

Gotterba filed a suit in response to the letter and said he never signed a confidentially agreement, according to the gossip website. Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, said otherwise.

"Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame. We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed," he said.

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. The couple have two children, daughter, Ella Bleu, and their toddler son, Benjamin, born in 2010. Their first child, Jett, died in 2009.
