When it comes to Adele and her weight, it looks like alcohol isn't the problem. In fact, the mega superstar has admitted that the real reason why she lost 20 pounds this past year is simply because she's no longer drinking tea everyday.

According to Xpose on Tuesday, the "Hello" chart topper says that she now has more energy than ever now that she is no longer drinking ten cups of tea a day. And as a result, she's also cut out 20 teaspoons of sugar from her diet as well.

The British beauty said, "I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day. Now I don't drink it and I have more energy than ever.''

What's more, Adele says that while she doesn't like to go to the gym, she likes to lift weights, although she's worried that even doing light exercise might cause the blood vessels on her face to burst.

She added, "I'm not, like, skipping to the f**king gym. I don't enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don't like looking in the mirror. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I'm so conscious when I'm lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don't tour, you'll catch me back down at the Chinese!''
