Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux in 'Marriage Bootcamp' Therapy Before Wedding
Before she goes down the aisle for a second time, Jennifer Aniston enlisted herself and her fiance Justin Theroux in a three-day therapy session in Santa Monica, Calif., a source told HollyScoop.
The 43-year-old actress enrolled herself and Theroux, 41, into "marriage bootcamp," where they had to give up their cellphones and do counseling, couples' massages,' and screaming therapy in which they would scream their feelings out.
"Jen and Justin are super excited about their big day but she thought it would be a good idea to start married life rid of any problems," the source said.
Aniston has been a believer in therapy, according to The Huffington Post, and said in the past, "I find it very normal to lie down on a couch every once in a while and let your head be straightened out, and your heart."
Both stars workout regularly - Aniston talked about her strict workout regimen with Instyle in March of 2012 - and a source told OK! magazine recently that Theroux wants to install a gym in the California house the couple shares.
"He already works out every day for 90 minutes. Justin wants to have his dream gym at their house," a source told the magazine. "He's even thinking about hiring a valet to coordinate it all.''
The Horrible Bosses actress got engaged to Theroux in August of 2012. They share a Beverly Hills mansion together that includes four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. In January of 2012, Aniston was announced as the new face and body of Aveeno skincare. The former Friends star said she has a history with the skincare line and that she would stand behind the deal.
"I'm very particular about what I put on my face and body, and have been using Aveeno for years," she said, according to a report by People. "So this partnership is a natural fit for me."
