Michael Clifford clearly was the happiest given his response of seven big red heart emojis to her complimentary tweet.

This seemed to fuel more dating rumors between the pair, which circulated in April of this year due to a dinner date as well as when they first became acquainted back in 2013 on Twitter, thanks to One Direction's Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. Clifford admitted back then he was "crushing" on the 5H member "hard."

Clifford and Cabello hung out together backstage recently at 93.3 FLZ's Jingle Ball 2015 where they took an adorable picture together. He shared that snap on his Instagram with the sweetest message to the 5H member. For starters, he called her "this small one" before divulging he's known her for three years now.


"I've got to see her grow up to be a magical woman," he gushed, before teasing her for looking as if she's 15 years old in the snap of them together. "Thanks for putting up with my shit," he concluded.

Could this be the start of a romance? It seems possible, especially since Cabello dished that his message to her left "the biggest smile on my face."

"You are wonderful and u are forever in my heart," she added.
