Mike Shouhed is finally ready to end his marriage to Jessica Parido.

Last week, following news of Parido's divorce filing and news of her new boyfriend, the Shahs Of Sunset star hired a divorce lawyer to sort through their split.
“Today has been a bitter sweet! I finally worked up the courage to hire my divorce attorney. I knew when I hire her, that the process of our split will really start,” Shouhed wrote, according to a report by Real Mr. Housewife on Saturday. “I guess I felt that subconsciously me and my ex may get back together.”

“I loved her! I thought that she would be the mother of my children," Shouhed continued. "Almost 5 years together…inseparable! So many memories. Met her when she was 21…a baby. I watched her grow up. It was an honor to be her partner and teach her all the things I did. Little did I know, that she taught me twice as much as I taught.”
“We had many many many ups and downs, but I realize that everything happened for a reason," he concluded. "She wasn’t my destiny! I’ve grown so much over the course of the last several months. I’m not and will never be the man I once was. God is great, and the universe has a plan for me. I’m excited to see where I go from here…”
Shahs of Sunset season five will premiere on Bravo in spring 2016.
