Catelynn Lowell has been secretly struggling with postpartum depression.

After welcoming her second child, daughter Novalee Reign, in January of this year, the Teen Mom OG star was diagnosed with the disorder, but luckily, she wasn't alone in her fight.

“I recognized it nine months after Novalee was born. It’s a daily struggle,” Lowell explained to In Touch Weekly, via a report by Radar Online on Monday.

At Lowell's side was her longtime partner, Tyler Baltierra, whom she wed in August of this year, after over a decade of dating.

“He’s definitely helping me,” she said. “I’m doing much better now.”

In the recently-released trailer for Teen Mom OG, Lowell's mother-in-law is seen concerned about her mental health, and asks Baltierra, “Is she going through some kind of postpartum?” Meanwhile, Lowell was seen curled up in bed.

In 2014, Lowell opened up about her previous struggles with depression and anxiety.

“I started having severe panic and anxiety attacks in the middle of the night, which led me into a deep depression,” she said, according to Radar. “I couldn’t stop crying. I felt I’d be better off dead. I needed help.”
