'Fifty Shades of Grey' Movie Cast: Henry Cavill & Emilia Clarke Ideal Couple For Racy Film?
The Fifty Shades of Grey movie rumor mill continues to churn out names at a surreal rate, as the casting chatter continues to heat up. While no roles have yet to be filled for the future blockbuster flick, Internet loyalists have begun to slowly shift their focus on just what actor pairing would make the perfect onscreen couple for the erotic piece.
The International Business Times addressed the respective speculation, as they compiled a brief list of couples that may be an ideal fit for the erotic film. One of the actor pairings that has drawn attention is Man of Steel's Henry Cavill and Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke.
Interestingly enough, Clarke is the only actress mentioned on the news publications' list that has a background doing nude scenes.
While the youthful actress doesn't particularly enjoy doing work in the buff, she's been more than willing to do it if it's appropriate for her character.
Clarke's TV role as Daenerys Targaryan in Game of Thrones has had her stripping down on more than one occasion. Since the show is no stranger to violence and sex, the part of Ana would indeed be familiar territory.
Being that Clarke is mostly known for her work on television, a role in Fifty Shades could broaden her horizons in the film industry.
To add to Cavill's enamor, he was actually coined as the Breakout Star of 2013 by Fandango. In the contest, Cavill beat out British movie stars Nicholas Hoult and Sam Clafin of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, among other male celebrities.
Many women will surely be pulling for Cavill to don the Grey role due to his dashing looks and well-chiseled physique.
The other potential Fifty Shades couples mentioned were Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale and former Gossip Girl standout Chace Crawford as well as real-life item Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev of Vampire Diaries.
