Sheree Whitfield’s Chateau Sheree mansion has been getting more attention since she made her return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo this season. But now she’s facing a brand new lawsuit over the property.

Whitfield has been building this home for more than four years, and now the contractor in Atlanta, Stoploss Specialists, is taking legal action against her. They filed a lawsuit on Dec. 17 at the Fulton County Superior Court. They are suing for roughly $15,450 in unpaid bills.

They also want her to cough up $23,000 for late fees and other charges that have come up as a result. Stoploss Specialists entered an agreement with Whitfield on Dec. 17 of last year. It said they would “supply equipment, labor and/or materials for the improvement.”

Kenya Moore Slams ‘RHOA’ Newbie Kim Fields, Other Co-Stars Weigh In

Still, an insider went to go see the now infamous home and spotted contractors still doing work on it.

But that hasn’t stopped Chateau Sheree from being a conversation. She had to answer tough questions about the process when she made her return to the Bravo series. She went head-to-head with her now co-star Kenya Moore who purchased a home just a few steps away. Moore claimed that neighbors were complaining about the home and even revealed the city planned to get involved. But Whitfield also pointed out that Moore didn’t have much room to talk as her home was still in a dire state at the time as well.

Check out their heated argument in a clip from the scene below.
