‘The Young and the Restless’ News 2015: Will Lily Let Cane ‘Stay The Night’? [VIDEO]
The Young and the Restless is really getting into the Christmas spirit now!
'The Young and the Restless' Star Scott Elrod Is Heading To 'Grey's Anatomy' For What Kind Of Role?
In the episode airing today, Dec. 23, it seems as though there is hope for at least one of the couples that has been on the rocks for quite some time. Cane (Daniel Goddard) appears to be extending an olive branch to Lily (Christel Khalil) so perhaps they'll reignite their spark and get over the fact that she cheated on him with Joe (Scott Elrod).
In the sneak peek video below, Cane tells her, "I was thinking maybe, you know, probably I should maybe come over and stay the night."
Is there hope for them? It seems like it since Lily appears okay with this plan of action according to Soaps. Plus, she'll confide in Devon (Bryton James) about whether Cane will ever forgive her.
While that seems to provide the spirit of Christmas in a big way since it is a major step forward for Cane and Lily, other Genoa City residents are less jolly.
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Dr. Simon Neville (Michael E. Knight) will get to work on their project together. Unfortunately for Ashley she will have a very painful headache as seen in the clip above, which Dr. Neville will take notice to and ask what's going on.
"Ashley? Are you all right?" he wonders, but she'll try to ignore the problem at hand and insist on working and seeing results.
Then, unfortunately for Noah (Robert Adamson), his grandfather Victor (Eric Braeden) will kick him out of working for Newman as seen in the clip above.
The worst part is Luca (Miles Villanueva) and Marisa (Sofia Pernas) will be present for the humiliation! But as always there is much more going on than what meets the eye.
The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
