Jennifer Aniston News: Actress Now Becoming Best Friends With Brad Pitt’s Ex Gwyneth Paltrow? [VIDEO]
While there's no doubt that the entertainment world isn't very big, who knew it was this small. It looks like Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltow are fast becoming Hollywood best friends, even though a decade ago the two actresses wouldn't have even spoken to each other, let alone look each other's way. And now the two blonde beauties, who were both linked to Brad Pitt in the past, have become so close that Aniston agreed to do an interview for Paltrow's lifestyle website.
Is Jennifer Aniston Finally Expecting Her Dream Baby?
According to Paltrow's Goop.com, Aniston opened up about her best holiday tips, her life with her husband Justin Theroux and how she manages to stay "ageless" with her exercise and beauty routines. But if there's one thing that the two women didn't gossip about, it's Pitt's current wife, Angelina Jolie, of course.
Talk about her life at home and how she gets ready for the holidays, Aniston offered a few tips by saying, "Don't over-extend yourself too much. There is nothing worse than wearing yourself down during what is already a busy time for everyone. I know sometimes it's hard to not over-commit to friends and family during the holidays but I try to be mindful of it."

The Hollywood actress also opened up about the importance of always staying hydrated and her tips for healthy and beautiful looking skin.
She said, "I have said this before but it's the truth-I really think hydration is so important...and sleep! I drink smartwater all day everyday and I like the new smartwater sparkling water at night with meals. I take care of my skin and try not to go into the sun as much as I used to. Also we are as young as we feel and treating yourself right is a great way to feel good. Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger."
As far as the things that are most sacred in her life, Aniston said, "Spending time with my husband, my dogs, and long-time girlfriends. Those times are sacred to me and I would never give them up."
